Torn Patchwork Tattoo Art
Torn was created spontaneously by taking drawings which were lying around the studio in folders, drawers and cupboards. Then I would tear them up and glue the bits I liked onto a life-sized drawing of a man. This created a very eclectic look.
I was very happy with the finished product. It had a lot of texture from the different types of paper and stood out from the rest of the artwork in the room, as if someone else had created it; because normally, when I draw a large tattoo, I make it "read" from a distance. This patchwork effect looks like the wearer has been in a paint-ball accident from a distance.

He took about two hours to create, although some of the artwork I butchered took hours.
Unfortunately this artwork went missing. So, if anyone knows of its whereabouts, there is a reward for his safe return. Or, if you know him, please get him to call home just to let me know if he is safe and well.
